The service
Vortia 3D is a web application for designing and calculating ventilation ductwork networks. It has a free plan, with design, calculation and 3D view; a paid Pro plan, which adds the downloads: technical report in PDF, client quotation, plan as an A3 PDF, DXF, IFC, workshop cutting list, CSV and BC3, as well as the AI design report and building assistant; and a Master licence for companies. Without a licence, one trial technical report per browser can be downloaded, with a watermark. The free plan lets you keep 1 project in the cloud with an account. Downloads are generated on our server and need an internet connection; the rest of the application also works offline. PDF files include the identification of the licence they were generated with.
Pro plan: price and payment
The Pro plan costs €99 per year plus VAT, as a launch price for subscriptions taken out until 31 December 2026, which keep it at every renewal while they remain active. From 1 January 2027, the price for new subscriptions is €199 per year plus VAT. The final price, including applicable taxes, is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as reseller, which issues the invoice; its terms of purchase also apply.
The subscription is annual and renews automatically every year until you cancel it. You can cancel the renewal whenever you like from the link in the purchase email or from the app; you will keep Pro access until the end of the year you paid for. Monthly subscriptions taken out before 21 October 2026 keep their conditions.
Right of withdrawal
The Pro plan is digital content that is activated at the moment of purchase. If you are a consumer, by paying you give your express consent for the service to start immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and the equivalent provisions of EU consumer law). If you have a problem with a charge, write to us and we will look into it.
Licence of use
Each Pro subscription gives a personal, non-transferable licence tied to the account of the person who buys it, who can use it on their devices. Sharing the account, circumventing the licensing system, or copying, decompiling or redistributing the software is not permitted.
Master licence (companies)
The Master licence is designed for companies: it includes everything in the Pro plan for 4, 6 or 10 technicians in the company, each with their own account, depending on the option chosen at checkout, projects shared in the company cloud, the company logo on every page of reports and plans without the Vortia 3D branding, and priority email support. It is paid annually: €350, €510 and €830 per year plus VAT with 4, 6 and 10 technicians, as a launch price for licences taken out until 31 December 2026, which keep it on renewal; from 1 January 2027, €699, €949 and €1399 per year plus VAT for new licences. Payment and invoicing are handled by Lemon Squeezy under the same conditions as the Pro plan. The licence is for the internal use of the licensee company and may not be transferred to third parties.
AI design report (Pro and Master plans)
The Pro and Master plans include drafting the project design report with artificial intelligence: 100 design reports a month on Pro and 100 a month for each technician on Master. Redoing a design report counts as a new one; regenerating a section is free up to 3 times per report. The quota renews on the 1st of each month and unused quota does not carry over.
The AI does not calculate: it writes from the Vortia 3D calculation results, and an automatic check flags any figure that is not in them. The text is a proposal that the user must review, correct and make their own before handing it over; responsibility for the signed design report lies with whoever signs it. If the quota runs out, there is no connection or the AI service is not available, the app drafts the design report with a fixed template without AI, with the same figures. We may adjust the quotas or the AI model to keep the service running; changes that reduce the contracted quota will be notified by email in advance.
Responsibility for the calculations
The results are indicative: they depend on the data you enter (layout, airflows, catalogue pressure drops) and on the calculation methods stated in the report. A competent engineer must review them before an installation is carried out. The owner is not liable for damage arising from their use without that review. This limitation does not affect the rights granted by law to consumers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may improve or modify features and these terms; relevant changes affecting the price will be notified by email in advance.
