Your products in the Vortia 3D catalogue
Would you like your fans, grilles, diffusers or silencers to be in the Vortia 3D catalogue? Designers choose your model by name, the app calculates with your test data and your reference appears in the PDF report and the bill of materials.
What the designer sees
- Your brand and models in the component panel, next to the generic models: they choose the range and size, and the app does the rest.
- Calculation with your test data: effective area, pressure drop and self-noise of each size at the actual airflow in the network; for fans, your airflow–pressure curve at the duty point; for silencers, your attenuation by octave band.
- Your reference in the PDF report, the A3 plan and the bill of materials, which is what reaches the installer and the end client.
Which products
- Fans: axial, fan boxes, centrifugal, roof and in-line.
- Supply and return grilles, diffusers and jet nozzles.
- Extract valves and façade louvres.
- Circular and rectangular silencers.
What I need
- Airflow, pressure and noise tables or curves for each range and size, ideally to a test standard (ISO 5801 for fans, ISO 5219 and ISO 5135 for terminals, ISO 7235 for silencers). The catalogue PDF or an export from your selection software will do.
- Dimensions: connection sizes, free or effective area, silencer length and, for fans, power and voltage.
- Permission to use your brand and the names of your ranges and references in the app, the report and the website.
How we do it
- You write to me with the catalogue or the ranges you are interested in.
- I fit the calculation to your tables and show you the point-by-point comparison (pressure drop and noise) before anything is published.
- You review the models, names and references, and give the go-ahead.
- They are published in the app and announced in Updates.
If you want to know how the app handles test data, it is explained in How Vortia 3D calculates.
