Purpose

This website presents Vortia 3D, a web application for the design and calculation of ventilation ductwork networks, and gives access to it. Use of the website implies acceptance of this notice and of the terms of use.

Intellectual and industrial property

The software, texts, images, logo and the Vortia 3D name are the property of the owner or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without written permission is prohibited, except for normal use of the application.

Liability

Vortia 3D is a calculation and preliminary sizing tool. Its results depend on the data entered by the user and must be reviewed by a competent engineer before an installation is carried out. The owner is not liable for damage arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of the results, or for service interruptions beyond its control.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts that are competent under the applicable regulations, including consumer protection regulations.
